I find this to be an extremely irresponsible and confusing statement especially when you are challenging the myths in the industry, which are so hard to do without cracking confusing jokes. You have gone up by 10 pounds. Where do you go for your nutritional information? Not sure what you are referring to here? Perhaps some intermediate trainee somewhere, but most intermediates have learnt quite a bit along their way and would probably be structuring or taking professional advice into structuring some custom but individualized training programs.

Even a complete beginner would possibly only get some newbie gains but would waste a lot brda time and beginner potential by not realizing it through basic beginner programming like Starting Strength. Not a bad book for bodybuilding beginners.
